What are my shipping options?
We offer USPS First Class shipping for orders that weigh less than 16 ounces. Priority Mail Service is also available and required for all orders weighing 16 ounces or more. Orders over $95 and over receive free shipping, automatically applied when your cart reaches $95. No discount codes are required.
How quickly are orders fulfilled?
Orders placed Monday thru Friday are packed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10am or on Saturday or Sunday are packed and shipped on the following Monday. If we are receiving a high volume of orders due to special promotions, your order may take us a little longer to fulfill. If you have not received your Shipping Confirmation email and are concerned about your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 916-306-7138 and we will let you know its status.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email at the time your shipping label is created. Your Shipping Confirmation email contains tracking information which will be updated as your package moves through the delivery process.
How long will it take to receive my package?
The United States Postal service indicates that First Class will be delivered in 1 to 5 business days and is not guaranteed. With Priority Mail services your package will be delivered in 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on the origin, destination, and drop-off time and is not guaranteed. You may experience transit delays due to current circumstances in the postal system. We are doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but delivery could take up to 14 business days. Your order might see various stops along the route—rest assured that your package is making its way to you. We appreciate your patience and truly value your business. When can I pick up my curbside pickup order?
When you place your order and select curbside pickup at checkout, you will be able to select your designated pickup date and time. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email with your date, time, and detailed instructions.
Where do I park to pick up my curbside pickup order?
There are three designated parking spots on the northwest corner of 20th and K Street next to LowBrau. If these spots are taken, please find the nearest location to park. After you park, call the Team Store at 916-306-7138, let us know where you are parked, and we will deliver your order directly to you.
Can I pickup my order on the same day that I place my order online?
We don’t currently offer same day pick up, but if you are in a pinch, give us a call and we will make every effort to have your order ready when you need it.
I’m an Indomitable Member, do I get a team store discount?
Active Indomitable Members receive a 10% discount online and in stores. This discount does not apply to sale merchandise, gift cards, or other promotional discounts or items.

Academy members receive a 20% discount online and in stores. This discount does not apply to sale merchandise, gift cards, or other promotional discounts or items.

Can I use multiple discount codes?
Currently we only allow one discount code per order.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged when you place your order.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
We are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant - the security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information. We are committed to providing you with a safe shopping environment.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer a digital gift card?
We have Digital Gift Cards available for sale through our online store. After receiving your Digital Gift Card via email, you may either forward the email or print it for your gift recipient.
Can I order a physical gift card online?
We now offer Physical Gift Cards for purchase online. Delivered via USPS, the Physical Gift Card arrives in a sleeve and organza cinch bag ready for gifting.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
We now offer Complimentary Gift Wrap with your order. All items in the same order will be packaged together with our custom gift options. If you would like items in your order to be mailed to different recipients, they must be ordered separately.
I forgot to add my discount code at checkout, what do I do?
Not a problem. Reach out to email@example.com or give us a call at 916-306-7138 and let us know the code you meant to use, and we will retroactively apply it to your order. There is no need to cancel your order.
Can I make adjustments to my order after it has been placed?
We cannot guarantee that your changes will be applied before your order is shipped, but if you email firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 916-306-7138, we will do our best to accommodate any changes you may need with regards to sizing, color, or style, as well as shipping address changes and cancellations of orders.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your Sacramento Republic FC gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange your item within 60 days from the date of purchase. Return the merchandise in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition, and provide us with a valid proof or purchase, such as a receipt, and we will refund the full purchase amount to the same form of payment as your purchase was made. Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
I received my item as a gift, can I return it?
In the case of a gift, all of the same return and exchanges polices apply, however, your refund will be in the form of a merchandise credit.
I bought my item over 2 months ago, what are my return options?
After 60 days from the date of purchase, your item may be returned for a merchandise credit only.
What if I don't have my receipt?
If we cannot locate your order using your name, credit card number, or other order information, and If your item is in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition and all pricing labels are intact, your items may be returned for a merchandise credit reflective of the current selling price of the item.
Is there anything that I can't return?
The following items may not be returned or exchanged and are considered FINAL SALE:
- Customized jerseys
- Gift Cards
- Items labeled as FINAL SALE with a price ending in $0.99
- Mystery Box Contents
I received the wrong item or it was damaged in shipment, what do I do?
In the case of incorrect items shipped, items damaged during shipment, or defective items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 916-306-7138.
I bought my item online, how can I return it by mail?
We offer free returns for all online purchases. To return merchandise purchased online, contact us at email@example.com or call us at 916-306-7138 to have a prepaid return label emailed to you. Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and leave the package with the United States Postal Service. Please indicate on your packing slip the reason for the return and enclose the packing slip in the package. Shipping charges are prepaid, and no additional postage is required. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
I bought my item in the Team Store, how do I return it by mail?
You may return your item by first-class mail to the address below, at your own expense. Please include the order number, your name and contact information. We will process your return and issue a refund upon receipt of your package. Shipping charges are not eligible for a refund. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method. SRFC is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
